June 22, 2016 – Western Grid Group (WGG) and other public interest organizations filed comments on the CAISO SB 350 study results that list 19 categories of unquantified RSO benefits.
The comments estimate the benefits could triple those reported to the California legislature, and could be worth up to $165 million by 2020 and more than $500 million by 2030.
